About You

You’ll be among the first Product Specialist hires, working directly with the founding team who have experience building and consulting on no-code and custom workflow applications. We are looking for a curious and humble team member, ready to move quickly building and implementing solutions that will become a core part of business operations for individuals and teams. You’ll play a vital role in helping our customers adopt and scale Hivewire. If you are passionate about solving business workflow challenges with an innovative product, come join our team.

What you'll do

  • As a Product Specialist, you will participate in the workflow discovery and evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the product expert and advocate
  • Build and demonstrate proofs of concept that allow prospects to understand and evaluate Hivewire’s capabilities within the context of their own data and workflow
  • Participate in discussions with prospects to understand their business processes and technical needs in order to produce clear and comprehensive project plans that accelerate customer time-to-value
  • Design, build and launch new relational data models for customer workflows
  • Drive adoption by educating and empowering customers to become self-sufficient with building workflow applications on their own
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to identify, qualify and pursue new revenue opportunities from new and existing enterprise customers
